Restaurants on the Edge is an entertaining lifestyle series that invites viewers into a wide range of restaurants, situated in some of the world’s most stunning locations: nestled on the water’s edge, perched on a mountainside, overlooking a white sandy beach, and more. Despite their outstanding locations, these eateries haven’t been able to create a special dining experience that lives up to their magnificent views. But all that is about to change.

In each episode, a team of three expert - a restaurateur, a designer, and a chef visit different businesses and embark on a journey to not only transform the restaurant, but also the owners’ outlook. To do this, our experts spend time tapping into the unique soul of each restaurant’s local surroundings and its supporting community. With a positive and uplifting approach, they’ll be looking to incorporate local tastes, flavours, and textures into a revamped and remodelled business, finally creating an inspirational restaurant worthy of its incredible view and special location ‘on the edge’.
